Bath High School Alumni
Association Fund
Consists
of private,
organization and reunion class donations to be
used for any operating expenses pertaining to Alumni Association
activities (e.g. mailings, participating in holiday celebrations and
parades, pre-banquet dance, buying memorabilia to sell, and banquet
expenses absorbed by the Association).
Morse High School Scholarship Funds
Consists
of private, family
and organization funds set up in memory of
loved ones or lost classmates. Reunion classes may donate
directly to these funds at the banquet each year. These funds are
invested and managed by a local financial institution. At
present, the Scholarship Fund Committee dedicates 5% of the fund
balance each year to provide scholarships.
Endowment Fund
Consists
of private and
reunion class donations to be used to cover
banquet costs not covered by the Alumni Association. It
eliminates the need for money-making projects through the year to
sustain the Alumni Association Banquet. (The Association often
has a banquet deficit due to expenses involving invited guests, elderly
alumni, senior class members, and local officials.)
Auditorium Seats
Montgomery Theater will be refurbushed in April of 2008. Many Morse
High School Alumni have very fond memories of the theater, whether it
be from assemblies, study halls, MOHIBA, one-act plays, Junior Prize
Speaking, or other activities. Now, Shipbuilder Alumni –
and ONLY Alumni – are being offered the opportunity to BUY a seat
in the Theater. Choose yours today !!
